Customer Orders

Like all but the largest London bookshops, we cannot hope to keep in stock more than a selection of the most popular general & academic titles. To ensure that books not in stock can be obtained quickly, we have developed close links with Bertrams and Gardners, Britain's two largest book wholesalers. We would normally expect close to 90% of customer orders to be fulfilled through them for next day collection from our store. We will always, as a courtesy, ring or text to let you know when your order has arrived for you.

Alternatively, orders can be despatched to any address in Britain - ideal for presents or sending course-books to a son or daughter at university. The cost of this service is based on the weight and size of the package. which can only be confirmed once we know the order, generally around £2.80 for a standard package.

We are still taking orders at the shop for you. but these are limited and must be paid for in full at time of order.
